Right now at Amazon you can get Sunjoy 8.5' x 13' Steel Arched Pergola for $356.07 thats a savings of $529.93. Sunjoy the manufacturer replaced the material top, but Amazon didnt help me at all. Now coming to good parts: the assembly is pretty straightforward, just make sure everything aligns and it gets put together in smooth flow. The top shade screen is also good quality and almost holds off light rain too. I called Amazon CS for assistance, but based on how the conversation went, I doubt Amazon will be able to provide any acceptable assistance. I was finally able to get a hold of Sunjoy CS. I am increasing my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars justbased on how nice and knowledgeable the Sunjoy. CS was. It was also the first time I had been able to use a Sunjoy product in over a year. It is a great product. I would recommend it to anyone.
