The set up was easy once I discovered that n spite of the instructions, you don't need to plug in the modem via an ethernet cable to your computer during the setup procedure. Besides that glithch, the setup was easy and my router works well with the modem. Im very happy with the ease of use, setup and support Ive gotten from Netgear and Id recommend them to anyone. Upgraded from a 150Mbps plan to 1GB plan and this modem worked great with Xfinity 1 GB plan. Ordered another, received it in a very timely manner, and it work Great. So the product performed as it should, however it was the service and people representing Costco that pulled it over the edge to a very pleasant experience. Thank you and thank you for this opportunity to share the good of this. For me, this has been great. For you, this is a great product and I hope you will get the best of both worlds as well.
