I purchased the gray ones which have a nice look. My tomato based sauce did not stain them and they cleaned nicely. Love it as I need to use these so they dont scratch my pots and pans. I love the Misen spoons. MISEN makes many enameled iron pans and these won't scratch any surface. Something about the handle makes them easy to use without dropping them. I am so glad to have bought this. I'm so happy I bought this spoon. I'll be using it for the rest of my life. I can't wait to try out the other products from Misen. I've been a Misen fan for years.
