If you want to use the resistance band that comes with this, good luck. Great for space saving in an apartment, easy to change heights and sitting positions. Its versatile and allows for more motion with 3 settings of inclination. Dips and hip thirst also work great, but honestly it a bit stouter than standard and for taller person this is a issue, in any seated or supported squats. Very easy to setup and use. Currently using with resistance bands & loops in combination with handles and a sturdy bar; very effective workouts!. no assembly was great! overall great product!. I love the perfect fit when stored under my IKEA Malm bed frame. It's super lightweight. I can't wait to get my hands on one of these for myself. I've been using them for a few weeks now and they're great. They're very easy to set up and use, with no assembly needed. I'm looking forward to using them in the gym.
