Cues do not come with the rack. Very attractive and highly functional. Great product and price. Once the supports are attached, just reassemble the bottom and it will spin perfectly. The rotating features makes it easy to find the cue you want. The mahogany finish is really nice, it is easy to assemble and looks great. A worthwhile purchase!. If you already own it and have this problem, I think it is an easy fix to just disassemble it and make sure the bottom is reassembled AFTER the supports were in place. If you are new to the product, it will take a few minutes to learn how to use.
