Measures accurately and is well constructed. Works great, and Costco has it a a good price. Can't say when your health is diminishing if you don't track it when it's strong. If some folks are complaining of inaccurate readings from their Homedic oximeter, how much more from unreputable brands sold online. This unit is perfect for anyone to use. (It is nicely lit - with color) It's a good value for what you get, and it's well made and well-made. It's not cheap, but it's not too expensive either.
