I figured she would be able to grow into it, but I was impressed at how she was already able to pull it and she did great filling it and taking stuff out. Great for water play, taking them to do shopping, carrying toys around. The rope is nice and thick, the handle is the perfect size, the wheels are robust. Great quality and my 2 year old is loving walking it around the house putting things in and out. Keeps the child happily engaged for a time as he carts his toys around theHouse.
