Pairing was VERY fast and straightforward and I can get a good distance away (I didn't measure though) without hiccups. I turned off the custom EQ settings on the speaker (best way to do that is to hit the BassUp button on the speakers twice) One EQ was awesome and two were even better. I don't own any iPhones so I can't test that out. I played with the sliders and it sounded pretty awesome. My OnePlus EQ has some general enhancements setting that I applied and I applied them to the speaker. One EQ is awesome and one is even better than the other.
